What is Coliving?
Coliving is a popular style of co-habitation where residents share amenities with one another. Compared to more traditional homes, co-living emphasizes a more efficient use of resources and more opportunities to grow within a community, all while maintaining privacy, safety, and cleanliness as top priorities for everyone.
In a co-living space, you'll have access to amazing amenities and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. Plus, you'll be part of a vibrant community that's all about sharing and growing together.
How do I know I’d like living at Crawford CoLiv?
Crawford CoLiv is the first of its kind in Edmonton: A space for adventurous, friendly, ecologically-responsible, fun-loving people who want to live with like-minded folks in a vibrant, amenity-rich part of the city.
Imagine waking up everyday to your private room in the clean, modern interior of a gorgeous historic brick building in Old Strathcona!
You can cook a delicious meal in our spacious commercial-grade kitchen, hang out with friends in the recreation area, and explore the city by taking a walk in the park or enjoying one of the many bars and restaurants on Whyte Ave.
If you feel like staying in, you can always read, study, watch movies, or play games with your new Co-Liv family. At Crawford, you're never alone and you'll never be stuck for something to do.
How do I become a Crawford CoLiv resident?

What do your cleaners clean?
On a regular schedule, our cleaning and maintenance staff will clean and re-stock all communal areas, including kitchen, recreation area, bathrooms, and corridors. You’ll naturally want to do your part to keep those shared space clean, but your private room is your private business, so it’s up to you to keep it at your preferred level of clean and tidy.
